Privacy & Data Transparency

Public Notice: Reply Lead Pool

How Reply collects, verifies, and protects business contact details, and how you can exercise full control over your information.

What is the Lead Pool?

Reply maintains a verified B2B directory of business professionals and organizations. It enables businesses to discover relevant trade partners, suppliers, and prospective commercial clients.

We focus strictly on professional business contacts. The lead pool never collects or sells purely private consumer data, sensitive personal information, or unauthorized personal records.

Data Source Categories

Every record in the pool originates from one of four verified, lawful source categories with audited provenance:

Reply-Owned Research

Verified domain registrations, official corporate web presences, and direct business communications conducted by Reply research teams.

Licensed Commercial Providers

Vetted B2B data providers operating under contractual compliance standards and data protection regulations.

Public Registries & Directories

Official commercial registers, chambers of commerce records, gazettes, and public business directories where details are made public by law.

Opted-In Customer Contributions

Business contact books contributed by customers who explicitly opted in. Contributed records are validated, scrubbed of personal notes, and checked before entering the pool.

Lawful Basis & Business Standards

Processing is conducted under legitimate commercial interest and direct business consent. All outreach requires permission before ongoing communications.

We respect statutory Calling Hours, National Do-Not-Call (DNC) registers, and regional disclosure requirements in every jurisdiction we operate.

How Opt-Out Works

You have an absolute right to stop business contact. When you opt out or ask to be removed, your phone number and email are converted into cryptographic one-way HMAC fingerprints.

Your raw phone number and email are never readable from our suppression register. Suppression applies platform-wide: you are blacklisted in every buying account so no business can contact you through Reply again, unless you initiate contact first.

Exercise Your Privacy Rights

You can ask what information Reply holds about your phone number or email, or submit an immediate deletion request. You do not need a Reply account to exercise this right.
